今月からの酒税改正でビール需要が高まるなか、ビールロスを減らす新たなビールサーバーが登場です。
As demand for beer increases due to alcohol tax reform starting this month, a new beer server to help reduce beer loss has now been launched.
サントリーは飲食店に向けた生ビールサーバーを新たに開発しました。　
Suntory has developed a new draft beer server for restaurants.
350ミリリットル缶をサーバーにセットすると、ジョッキ1杯分の生ビールが注げる仕様になっています。
When a 350-milliliter can is set on the server, a mug of draft beer can be poured.
また、常温の缶でも4℃ほどに冷えたビールが出てくるということです。　
Additionally, even if the can is at room temperature, the beer will be as cold as 4 degrees Celsius.
現在、飲食店で提供する生ビールは10リットル以上の大きな樽が主流で、一度開けると3日ほどで品質が劣化してビールロスにつながるため、これまで導入を見送る店舗があったということです。
