This is a video of a cute cheetah being born for the first time in Adventure World in Wakayama Prefecture after 15 years.
和歌山県白浜町にある、アドベンチャーワールドで先月22日に生まれたチーターの雄の赤ちゃん。　
The male leopard was born on the 22nd of last month at Adventure World in Shirahama town, Wakayama prefecture.
アドベンチャーワールドでチーターの赤ちゃんが生まれるのは15年ぶりです。　
It's been 15 years since a baby cheetah was born in Adventure World.
生後4日の時点ではまだ目が開いていませんでしたが、生後10日となった今月1日には目が開き、そのつぶらな瞳で、周囲を見回しながら、お母さんを求めて鳴く姿も。　
4 days after birth, its eyes were still not open, but on the 1st this month, which is the 10th day after birth, its eyes were open, a pair of round eyes, it could be seen that it was looking around and crying for its mother.
公開日はまだ未定ということですが、赤ちゃんはバックヤードでお母さんと過ごしながら、すくすくと成長しています。

飼育担当の村田さんは、「母親のストレスによって育児放棄をしてしまう可能性があるため、まだまだ気の抜けない毎日が続きますが、より良い環境で子育てが行えるように観察、サポートを行っています」とコメントしています。
“Due to stress, the mother may quit taking care of the child, so every day we still have to pay attention, observe and support to create a better environment for taking care of the young.” said Mr. Murata, the caretaker.
