Hello, this is Delish Kitchen.This time I would like to make Omurice with Seasoned Cod Roe Cream.まずは、米二号を水で洗い、そちらにベーコン、玉ねぎよく洗いて行きましょう。
First wash 2合 (about 300 grams) of rice with water, wash bacon and onions well there.続いて、ニンニクふたかけとコンソメキューブ一個加えたら、通常通り炊飯を押していきます。
Next after adding 2 cloves of garlic and 1 consomme cube, push the button on the rice cooker.その間に、フライパンでバターと小麦粉を加熱しながら混ぜいきましょう
During the time, melt and mix butter and flour in a frying pan.続いて、牛乳200ml を少しずつ加えていきます
Next, add 200 ml of milk little by little.焦げ付かないように手早く混ぜてください
Please mix quickly so as not to burn.ついて、明太子二腹分をくわえて、混ぜいきましょう
Next, add 2 spoons of seasoned cod roe and mix.最後に昆布茶と塩をふって味を調えています
At the end, season with some kelp tea, salt and taste.ついて、ボールに卵2個割って入ったら
Next, break two eggs into a bowl.牛乳大さじ1杯を加えて、増えていきましょう
Then add a tablespoon of milk and whisking.続いて、熱したフライパンに油を呼ぶくらいしたら、卵を加えて焼いていきましょう
Then, add oil in a heated frying pan, add egg and fry.この時にヘラで混ぜながら加熱していってください
At this time, heat it while stiring.お好みの固さになったらライスの上に合わせていきます
Till being the firmness you like, put on the rice.先ほど作ったタラコソースを加えたらお好みのトッピングを乗せてください
Add the tarako sauce made earlier and then add the favorite toppings.今回はたらことのりを使いました
