日本と中国、韓国、それにASEAN（東南アジア諸国連合）の財務相・中央銀行総裁会議が開かれ、災害時などに通貨を融通し合う新たな枠組みを検討することになりました。　
Finance ministers and central bank governors from Japan, China, South Korea, and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) met to discuss a new framework for currency exchange in the event of a disaster.
韓国の仁川で行われたASEANプラス3の会議では、欧米の金融不安によるリスクなどについて各国の財務大臣と中央銀行総裁が意見交換しました。　
At the ASEAN Plus Three meeting in Incheon, South Korea, finance ministers and central bank governors from each country exchanged views on the risks posed by financial instability in Europe and the United States.
欧米の金融不安の影響は限定的であるものの、引き続き警戒が必要であることを再確認したとしています。　
Although the impact of financial instability in the U.S. and Europe has been limited, the report reaffirms the need for continued vigilance.
日本はインドネシアとともに議長を務め、金融危機だけでなく災害や感染症の流行などでも通貨を融通し合える新たな枠組みを提案し、年末までに具体案を検討することで合意しました。　
Japan, together with Indonesia, chaired the meeting and proposed a new framework that would allow mutual accommodation of currencies not only in financial crises but also in disasters and epidemics of infectious diseases, and agreed to consider a concrete
鈴木財務大臣は「新たな枠組みが歓迎されたことは大きな成果だった」と述べました。
"It's a great achievement that the new framework is so welcomed," said Finance Minister Suzuki.
