国務省のブリンケン長官は5日、ヨルダン川西岸地域で横行するパレスチナ人への暴力は「容認できない」と断じ、関与したイスラエル人の入植者へのビザの発給を制限すると発表しました。　
On the 5th, Secretary of State Blinken declared widespread violence against Palestinians in the West Bank "unacceptable" and announced visa restrictions for concerned Israeli settlers.
対象となった個人の家族も制限の対象になる可能性があるということです。　
This means that family members of the subject individuals may also be subject to restrictions.
「暴力行為はヨルダン川西岸の安定を脅かし、パレスチナ人とイスラエル人がともに2つの国家で平和と安全に暮らせる未来をさらに遠ざけるものだ」　
"The violence threatens the stability of the West Bank and further distances both Palestinians and Israelis from a future of peace and security in two states." 　
国務省のミラー報道官は5日の会見でこう述べ、イスラエルとパレスチナ双方に対して民間人への暴力を食い止めるべく対策を講じるよう求めました。　
State Department spokesman Miller said this at a press conference on the 5th, and called on both Israel and Palestine to take steps to stop violence against civilians.
ミラー氏はまた、ガザ地区への人道支援について「燃料も食糧も水も十分ではない」と述べ、イスラエル政府に対し支援物資の搬入に向けて取り組みを加速するよう苦言を呈しました。
Regarding humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, Mr. Miller also stated that "there is not enough fuel, food, or drinking water" and complained to the Israeli government to speed up efforts to bring in aid.
