不動産の不況が深刻化している中国で、新築住宅の価格が調査した70都市のうち49都市で下落したことが明らかになりました。

中国の国家統計局の発表によりますと、7月の新築住宅価格は調査している70都市のうち49都市で下落しました。　
According to China's National Bureau of Statistics, new home prices fell in 49 of the 70 cities surveyed in July. 　
また、中古住宅の価格は全体の9割にあたる、63都市で下落しました。　
Prices for existing homes fell in 63 cities, or 90% of the total.
下落した都市数は新築・中古とも、今年に入って最多です。　
The number of cities with declines is the highest this year for both new and existing properties.
中国では、不動産分野の不況が続いていて、1月から7月の不動産投資額はマイナス8.5％と大きく落ち込みました。　
In China, the recession in the real estate sector continues, with real estate investment falling sharply by -8.5% from January to July.
また、大手の不動産会社「碧桂園」が、1兆円以上の赤字見通しを公表するなど、個別企業にも影響が広がっています。
The impact is also spreading to individual companies, with major real estate company Bekkeien announcing a deficit forecast of more than 1 trillion yen.
