岸田総理大臣は来日しているベトナムのチン首相と会談し、南シナ海で軍事的な活動を活発化させる中国を念頭に、「深刻な懸念」を表明するなどとした共同声明を発表しました。　
Prime Minister Kishida meets Prime Minister of Vietnam, Mr. Chinh, who is visiting Japan, regarding China, which will increase military activities in the East Sea, both issued a joint statement outlining "serious concerns".
岸田総理にとって、来日した外国首脳との会談は初めてです。　
This is Prime Minister Kishida's first meeting with foreign leaders who have visited Japan.
共同声明では南シナ海での中国の海洋進出を念頭に、「深刻な懸念」を表明し、「軍事化や現状変更など一方的な行動を取らないよう関係国に求めていく」方針を確認しました。　
In the joint statement, before China's deep incursion into the South China Sea, he expressed "serious concern", and affirmed the policy of "requiring relevant countries not to take unilateral actions such as militarization and changing the current status"
そのうえでベトナムに対し、艦艇など防衛装備品の輸出に向けた協議を加速させていく方針で一致しました。　
Prime Minister Kishida then agreed to speed up discussions with Vietnam on the export of defense equipment such as ships.
また岸田総理から、およそ150万回分の新型コロナワクチンを追加供与する考えを表明しました。
In addition, Prime Minister Kishida expressed his intention to provide about 1.5 million more doses of corona virus vaccine.
