サンタカタリーナ州に住むウォルター・オースマンさんは、地元の繊維会社で84年間勤務しています。　
Walter Ausman, who lives in Santa Catarina, has worked for a local textile company for 84 years.
15歳で入社した時には配送のアシスタントでしたが、今では営業部門のマネージャーとして、社内で現場を支えています。　
When he joined the company at the age of 15, he was a delivery assistant, but now he is a sales manager, supporting the company's internal affairs.

出勤前の朝は、ベッドで手足を伸ばして体操をした後、ゆっくりと体を動かします。　
In the morning before going to work, he stretches his limbs on the bed, does stretching exercises, then moves slowly.
鏡の前でひげをそり身だしなみを整えるのも日課です。

家族と朝食を食べ終えると、自分で車を運転してオフィスに向かいます。

長年、仕事を続けてこられた理由についてオースマンさんは、「何か好きなことをして時間が経つのを忘れるぐらいの仕事を探さなくてはいけない。私はそれを見つけることができた」と語っています。
Regarding the reason for working at the company for many years, Ausman said, “I had to find a job I liked, forgetting about the passage of time. And I found it.”
