日立製作所は、理系学生向けに初めて「ジョブ型」雇用を取り入れたインターンシップを開催しました。　
The Hitachi factory held the first internship for science students to apply the "job type" recruitment model.
このインターンシップでは、大学院生らは各地からリモートで参加し、約1カ月間、社員と同様にフェイクニュースを判定するためのプログラム開発などの仕事を経験します。　
During this internship, graduates participate remotely from a variety of places and experience work such as developing a fake news assessment program as employees in about a month.
インターンでも職務内容が細かく決められるため、募集は技術や専門性がある学生のみに絞られますが、応募は去年に比べて増えたといいます。　
Because the content of the job is decided in detail even during the internship, recruitment is limited to students with skills and expertise, but the number of applications is known to have increased compared to last year.
