中国IT大手のアリババグループで、上司による性的暴行を会社がもみ消したとして批判が高まってます。
Alibaba Group, a major Chinese information technology company, has been criticized for covering up cases of sexual assault by superiors.

中国メディアによりますと、アリババの女性社員は7月に山東省へ出張した際、会食で大量の酒を飲まされ、その後、ホテルで男性上司から性的暴行を受けたということです。　
According to Chinese media, during a business trip to Shandong prefecture in July, a female Alibaba employee was sexually assaulted by a male boss at a hotel after getting drunk during a dinner.
女性は部署の責任者らに被害を訴えましたが、取り合ってもらえなかったと説明しています。　
The woman reported the incident to department managers, but later said she had not received a response.
もみ消されると考えた女性は被害を訴えるビラを社員食堂にまき、事件の経緯をまとめた文章を公開しました。　
The woman, who thought the incident was being covered up, distributed leaflets denouncing the incident in the staff cafeteria and published an article detailing the incident.
これらがSNSなどで拡散したことを受け、アリババのダニエル・チャン会長は今日、この男性上司を「永久追放」し、訴えを無視した責任者ら4人を更迭したと発表しました。
After this information was spread on SNS, today Alibaba chairman Daniel Zhang announced the "permanent expulsion" of the mentioned male superior, and dismissed the posts of 4 people in charge who ignored the accusations.
