能登半島地震で被災した富山県氷見市の和菓子店では、桃の節句に飾る「金華糖」作りがピークを迎えています。

金花糖はタイやモモ、ブドウなどの木型に砂糖を流し込んで作る砂糖菓子で、江戸時代からひな祭りに飾る菓子として作られてきた縁起物です。　
Kinkato is a type of sugar confection made by pouring sugar into wooden molds such as sea bream molds, peach molds, grape molds, and is a lucky charm that has been made as a candy for the Doll Festival since the Edo period.
氷見市の井上菓子舗では、能登半島地震で店が傾き、床がでこぼこになって断水もありましたが、何とか復旧して金華糖作りに間に合いました。

一方で、近所には被災によって廃業する店も出てきているということです。

注文は例年の8割ぐらいに減っているということですが、地元の保育園からは今年も注文があり、園内で飾られるということです。
