衣料品大手のユニクロは自社の模倣品を販売したとして中国発のファッション通販会社「SHEIN」を提訴しました。　
Clothing big company UNIQLO has filed a lawsuit against SHEIN, a fashion retailer from China, for selling counterfeit products of its own.
問題となっているのは「ラウンドミニショルダーバッグ」です。　
The item in question is "Round Mini Shoulder Bag".
ユニクロはSHEINの日本法人を含む3社に対し、バッグの模倣品を販売したなどとして販売の停止と約1億6000万円の損害賠償を求めて東京地裁に訴訟を申し立てました。　
Uniqlo filed a lawsuit with the Tokyo District Court against three companies, including SHEIN's Japanese subsidiary, for selling counterfeit bags, demanding that sales be stopped and damages of about 160 million yen.
ユニクロが模倣品の販売で企業を提訴するのは国内で初めてです。　
This is the first time in Japan that Uniqlo sued a company selling counterfeit goods.
ユニクロは「ブランド及び当社の商品の品質に対するお客様からの高い信頼を大きく損ねている」とコメントしています。　
“This has seriously damaged the high level of customer trust in our brand and product quality,” Uniqlo said.
一方、SHEINの日本法人はこの件に関して調査中としたうえで「他者の知的財産権を尊重し、すべての申し立てを真摯に受け止めます」とコメントを出しました。
On the other hand, SHEIN's Japanese subsidiary issued a comment saying they are currently investigating the matter: “We respect the intellectual property rights of others and take all complaints seriously.”
