新型コロナからの業績の回復を反映して、大手企業の夏のボーナスはこの41年間で最高の伸び率になりました。　
Reflecting the performance recovery after the coronavirus pandemic, the summer bonuses of large companies had the highest growth rate in 41 years.
経団連によりますと、18業種159社の大手企業の夏のボーナスの平均額は89万9163円となりました。　
According to the Japan Business Federation, the average summer bonus of 159 large companies in 18 industries was 899,163 yen.
4年ぶりに増加に転じ、去年からの増加率8.77％は比較可能な1981年以降で過去最高です。　
Bonuses increased for the first time in four years, and the 8.77% year-over-year increase was the highest since 1981 when comparable.
鉄鋼業は86.6％増加し101万円余りとなったほか、7業種で伸び率が10％を超えました。　
Steel industry increased 86.6% to more than 1.01 million yen, and the growth rate exceeded 10% in 7 industries.
ただ、セメントと紙・パルプ、電力の3業種は前の年から減少するなど新型コロナ前の平均額からは2万円余り下回りました。　
However, the cement, paper/pulp and electric power industries fell compared to last year, with the average bonus being 20,000 yen lower than the average amount before the corona outbreak.
経団連は「ばらつきはあるが業績の回復が反映された。来年に向けて水準が上がっていくだろう」としています。
"Despite the differences, the recovery in business activity has been reflected. This level will increase next year," said the Japan Business Federation.

新型コロナからの業績の回復を反映して、大手企業の夏のボーナスはこの41年間で最高の伸び率になりました。
