「新しい生活様式」の広がりで「ガスト」や「バーミヤン」が深夜営業を取りやめます。
ファミリーレストラン大手のすかいらーくホールディングスは、深夜に営業しているほぼすべての店舗で7月以降、午後11時半以降の営業を取りやめると発表しました。
対象となるのは全体の8割にあたる約2600の店舗です。
新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大の影響で、外出の自粛や在宅勤務など「新しい生活様式」が広がり、深夜の利用客が減る傾向が続くと判断したということです。
今後は需要が大きく伸びている持ち帰りや宅配を強化するとしています。
