A completely cashless commercial facility near JR Akihabara Station
Next-generation commercial facilities in the air have been opened to address social issues such as labor shortages and environmental issues.
Ecute Akihabara, which will open on the 7th, is the first commercial facility within JR East stations to make all stores cashless.
We will also introduce a "centralized cash register" that allows you to collect products from multiple stores at once
This will reduce the number of employees to about half the usual amount, and will also improve convenience by shortening waiting times at the register.
I also replaced the plastic umbrellas that are often forgotten at the station into my shopping cart.
JR East is also considering expanding to other stations in the future.
