Osaka, Kansai Expo's large roof ring has been completed.
4月から、大阪で、大阪・関西万博が始まります
From April, in Osaka the Kansai Expo will begin.
Around 160 countries and areas will introduce their industries and cultures along with other things.
会場のシンボルとなる木の建物「大屋根リング」ができました
The large roof ring has been created, with this wooden building becoming the symbol of the venue.
When looked at from above, the large roof ring has the shape of a big circle.
At its highest point it is 20m high with a perimeter of about 2km.
It is said that there are no others as large/incomparable/unique among wooden buildings.
リングの屋上には、花が植えてあって、散歩を楽しむことができます
Flowers will be planted on the rooftop of the ring, so you can enjoy taking a stroll around.
